Protocol 8: An act against UIF Sabotage & Terrorism

This protocol is induced due to the recent events that had taken place across our UIF Community.
As you might know, an ex Head Administrator Quonx was demoted and his position was removed due to his inadequate
behaviour in terms of inducing his own ideas, rules and more, althought some of his actions were correct and he did tend to
keep the administration of UIF clean. There are many decent senior admins and lower rank administrators, but, the latest appointment
of few and re-promotion of some that tend to let's call it , DO IT SILENTLY, had lead to creation of a potential loop hole which jeopardises
the whole UIF Server as a potential threat to the in-gaming communities and samp, we might simply say, oh well, terrorism is major subject in
games from here to counter strike and such, but..if you take in consideration that there is that upset ex administrator out there who is planning of
taking down the server and our community, you will understand what this protocol is about and no matter how funny it may sound, its true and i am sure
you as readers will also find it adequate.

As a clan, we are tired of a silent abuses by few, after demotion of quonx, one particular senior administator level was restored and we can only assume it was
done with a simple 'hater' towards ex administrator and like the last time his decisions were overturned.
Please review the sufficient evidence below to identify the potential problem here, as you can see this senior administrator allows the use of 'Terrorist Group Name''
in UIF, Although in their language it's called 'The Base'' but initial idea of it is related to a terrorist group. There is also a contradiction between few admins that allow
this in the name of UIF Developer.

1.Any Member of UIF Community involved in Terrorist Activities and spread of radical ideology is not welcomed in DRMC.

2.Administators with a tendant approach to abuse powers silently or on public will be added to the protocol Black List of DRMC.
3.We as a clan and group respect the decisions taken by the Head Administration team, in respect to UIF Developer, Billy Cool and other head administrators.
4.This report is sufficient and is done within the boundaries of UIF Guidlines, the report is sent to the HA's.
5.This report is made only for identification purposes of wrong doing and is obligated not to accuse any one but to show the facts.
The chat log evidence within the server log files can be compared with the screenshots.
